Booklet produced by Sainsbury's in collaboration with South Eastern Gas (SEGAS). The booklet appears to have been given out at a series of presentations by Sainsbury's home economists (see press releases SA/PR/2/1/16/34, 50, 81, 85, 94, 95, 110). The booklet contains recipes derived from cookbooks available at Sainsbury's and advertisements for both partner companies. Recipes include: Beef and Spinach Bake Savoury Leek Flan Minted Courgettes with Peas and Corn Gooseberry and Hazelnut Brulée Peanut Crispy Bars Veal Olives Tomatoes with Parmesan and Cream Chocolate Cheesecake Prawn Stuffed Cucumbers Chicken and Walnut Pâté Ham Pizza Also includes a press release issued by Sainsbury's on 18 September 1981 announcing an event related to the booklet
