Two videos containing unedited footage of interview in a studio with John Adshead (a Sainsbury’s director), and a "piece to camera" (presenter speaking to the camera) by presenter John Howard about the "Change Programme". The footage was filmed for a video which was intended to be distributed in advance of a convention for Sainsbury’s staff. The footage does not appear to have been used in an "It's the Business" programme, but the presence of Sainsbury's business television regular presenter John Howard suggests it may have been broadcast as a special programme on the "SMART" network (Sainsbury's Management and Retail Television). The Archive does not appear to have a finished video using this footage.

The "Change Programme" involved various changes in how the company was managed and priorities of the company including looking at "customer needs and values" and "the way we work together as colleagues". The programme would be further outlined in a convention with 1200 staff to be held in February 1999 in Brighton which would also discuss Sainsbury’s new business strategy (the "web strategy").
