"It's the Business" and "Food Safety Special" programmes, 6 April 1999

Recording of "It's the Business" programme and a special programme about food safety for Sainsbury's staff (mainly store management teams). "It's the Business" was the anchor business television programme on the "SMART" network (Sainsbury's Management and Retail Television). The "It's the Business" programme seems to have been broadcast live on 6 April 1999 by satellite to Sainsbury's stores, depots and offices, and the special programme broadcast either on the same date or shortly afterwards. The recording has not been digitized so it is unclear exactly what the contents are, but the tape label reads "Contents: It's the Business (25 minutes approximate): Sabre 6; Dennis Fuller - produce metrication; SSA Lottery; Ken Barden - Easter trade; Food Safety Special (15 minutes approximate): Angela Megson, Bill Williams & Geoff Spriegel tell us why food safety is so important at Sainsbury's."
