1-11: Mr K. Hebberd giving a lesson on produce display to a group of trainees attending a Self-Service Conversion Course at 9/11 Croydon branch (one of the company's training stores). The courses were for salespersons transferring from counter service to self-service branches.
12-22: Mr F.H. Polson talking to a group of managers at the training store at 68 Croydon branch
23-36: (not found in JS Journal): appears to show staff being trained on preparation and packing of meat.
