Press release regarding Sainsbury's complaint to the Competition Commission (CC) that Tesco's projected national market share will meet 43% vased on their land bank and growth rates. CC disputed this projection, but Sainsbury's stood by their calcuation, claiming that the CC were using different definitions of the market and like for like sales growth.
