Recording of a Sainsbury's Business Television programme for Sainsbury's staff (mainly store management teams). It was broadcast live on 1 August 2000 by satellite to Sainsbury's stores, depots and offices. It was presented by John Howard in the studio.

25:09: Clips of interviews about product quality with category manager, chilled convenience foods Darren Smith, product development manager, confectionery Alison Difonzo, category manager, confectionery Richard Binns, and product development specialist, ready meals Emma Pate.
29:50: Clips of interview with marketing director Sara Weller about the making "quality come to life" in Sainsbury's marketing strategy. Also includes footage of unidentified branch(es) with staff and customers, products and sampling.
35:32: John Howard closes the programme and introduces a repeat of the Sainsbury’s Business Television programme "just for you... delicatessen", intended to help delicatessen staff make a success of the "Try Before You Buy" promotion.

Duration: 34 minutes 30 seconds (main programme, excluding 2 minute countdown at start of video and 13 minutes containing "just for you..." programme at end). The main programme ends with text onscreen at 36:18 reading "With thanks to South Ruislip; Mack Multiples, Paddock Wood; Produced by Internal Communications".
