Recording of a special Sainsbury's Business Television programme for Sainsbury's staff (mainly store management teams) titled "delivering great service at Christmas". It was broadcast on 20 November 2001 by satellite to Sainsbury's stores, depots and offices.
It appears to be the second of a series of three "making Christmas special" programmes about the Christmas trading period from 7 November to the New Year.
The recording has not been digitized so it is unclear exactly what the contents are, but the tape label reads "The programme is filmed at Leamington Spa where Retail Operations Director Peter King and the store team are putting the 12 Delivering Great Service tools into practice. Retail Support Director, Graham Naylor gives his views on Christmas trading so far and Central Supply Chain Director, Diane Carter outlines the strategy for store distribution throughout the festive season. There's also the latest Christmas television adverts."
