The recording has not been digitized so it is unclear exactly what the contents are, but the tape label reads "In the studio are: Robin Whitbread, Retail Director, Sara Weller, Marketing Director and Jon Hartland, Retail Operations Director, talking about Delivering Great Service and giving colleagues an update on what has been happening since the Roadshows in May."
