Recording of a Sainsbury's Business Television programme for Sainsbury's staff (mainly store management teams). It was broadcast on 24 April 2001 by satellite to Sainsbury's stores, depots and offices. It was presented by Steve Knight.

Contents:
1. Introduction, filmed at a Sainsbury’s store (probably Kiln Lane, Epsom).
2. News update – Sainsbury’s supported Institute of Grocery Distribution fund to support farmers affected by BSE crisis; Sainsbury’s to be first UK food retailer to introduce BSE testing on beef to help improve confidence; staff with 15 years continuous service to receive awards; new distribution centre at Hams Hall has received planning permission; award for fundraising for Royal National Mission for Deep Sea Fisherman on National Seafish Day; thanks for Comic Relief fundraising – over 4.4 million items of Red Nose merchandise sold. Includes footage of beef on meat counter; delicatessen counter; fish counter; Comic Relief fundraising activities at a store.
3. Report and interviews on launch of Sainsbury’s ‘Jeff & Co’ clothing range. Discusses the background to the development of the range, the various clothes collections, and future plans. Includes: footage of launch held at Ascot Racecourse; interview with Peter Davis (Group Chief Executive); interview with Jeff Banks (clothes designer and television presenter who developed the range); footage of a catwalk fashion show (showing the various products, and featuring some of Sainsbury’s senior managers modelling men’s office clothing); interview with James McCann (Business Unit Director, Non-Foods).
4. Report and interviews about the re-designed fresh herbs range. Features interviews with Jamie Oliver (celebrity chef) and Mira Samani (New Product Development Manager). Discusses the new range and how it was promoted. Includes footage showing packaging of the various products and in-store displays.
5. Interview with Sara Weller (Marketing Director) about ‘Delivering Great Service Roadshows’. The roadshows held in Nottingham and Reading were to help staff learn about providing good customer service.
