Press release announcing "a cave-aged Dorset cheddar made using a 400 year-old technique has flown the flag for Britain to be crowned Supreme Champion at this week's International Cheese Awards. The Wookey Hole Cheddar produced at a Sainsbury's supplier's farm in Dorset using milk from local herds and to traditional recipes to ensure Protected Designation of Origin status, beat 3,700 other cheeses to claim the title of the world's best cheese".
