Press release announcing "that Jean Tomlin will be joining the Board as a non-executive director from 1 January 2013. This follows the previously announced retirement of Anna Ford from 31 December 2012. In addition to her overall Board contribution, Jean will chair the Company’s Corporate Responsibility Committee and sit on the Remuneration and Nomination Committees."
