Handheld piece of electrical equipment for measuring the viscosity of fluids. Consists of a pale green metal cylindrical unit with reader dial, needle and black numerical markings 0 - 100 and a black plastic handle. Also set of 15 metal attachments (spindles?). All contained in brown (mock?) leather transportation case. Enclosed correspondence appears to indicate that the equipment had been used to measure the viscosity of the 'J' range of own-brand cosmetic products.
