Two rectangular, metal-plated, metal tubes, each divided into two cavities. Each cavity has an opening at one end and a cylindrical metal fitting at the other. The exterior of each metal tube features an engraved scale running from 0 to 18 and an engraved inscription; 'VELOMETER 2425-18 Made in U.K.,' on one tube and, 'METROVICK 2425-18 MADE IN GT BRITAIN,' on the other.
The tubes are stored in a black synthetic, leather-effect case with an opening at one end fastened with a press stud.
