Wooden handled knife with a steel blade inscribed, 'J.SAINSBURY LTD'. The wooden handle has a carved grip, is inscribed 'FAR 2325', and is attached to the blade by copper alloy pins. This knife was apparently used in Sainsbury's laboratories.
